This one's easy. Ricky The Dragon Steamboat's theme song "Eye in The Sky" extended version by the Alan Parsons Project. It was before it's time! You might recognize it even if you werent following wrestling in the 80s as the Chicago Bulls picked it up in the Jordan era and started using it as their theme music as well.
