He never will be seen as the steroid king cause he was never caught. People will always speculate though.

If he used, it was when steroids were not banned or illegal in baseball. That makes him innocent of all charges! As I take some quotes from Barry yesterday, "I never hurt anyone", "no one ever followed me around 24 hrs, a day to see what my daily activities were", "why are people believing what a 3rd party is saying about me, when it is all false"?
Why do people still think that a negative test result means the person used drugs at that moment? Would a court find you guilty for something if no proof is presented? Has anyone ever taken social studies or US govt. classes where "everyone is innocent until proven guilty"? What's wrong with people here in the US, meddling in people's business and following what the media thinks, instead of their own common sense, if they own at least a small amount?

NO he Should not!!!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT-- You guys/gals act as if Giambi Bonds Canseco, and McGWire were the only guys taking enhancers. from lets say 1999 to 2003 Give me a Break Id be willing to put money on it that atleast 25% percent of the ball players were on stimulants if not more. These Four guys were just handed the Hammer because when the Scandal broke out they were at their Prime.
Anyone who has ever seen McGwires 87 donruss card and compared it to a 93 94 or 95 knows he was taking something. I believe even the Big wigs of the MLB knew but they just turned their heads because these guys were hitting homers and selling tickets which put more money in their pockets.
When you listen to the Media they single one guy out which makes you say That One payer was a cheat/Fraud but lets be real Enhancers have been out since the days of slavery and were given out the Field Workers to keep their strenght up..
Theres a Huge possibility that OLE babe Ruth was taking Enhancers but it was not certified to test ball players back then so the truth is WHO KNOWS.

He only broke 60 HR mark once(73), while Mark McGuire did it twice(70),(65) and Sammy did it three times(66),(63),(64),
Bonds has a career of 21 seasons, Mark had15, and Sosa has a career of 16 sesons.I think its either Sammy or Mark.

He's a disgrace to the game. No news channel should even show him on his way to "beating" the HR record.
What a shame his name will be on top and it wont even be done honestly.
MLB in no way shape or form should honor it.
*Tisk Tisk* He ought to be ashamed of himself.
He'll only be a "hero" and a "winner" in those eyes of those that wear Giants shirts 'n hats.
