It is so beautiful and calming, even romantic with someone you love at your side.

I agree, I love it... its quiet and calming. The only thing I worry about when I'm there is people. Because of mean people that deface graves it is agianst the law (where I am anyways) to be in a cemetery after dark.

Cemeteries are full of ghosts-sometimes visible!-and should not exist in a civilised society!
Bodies should be burnt,as in India, because it's a source of great pollution for the land:imagine all this filth seeping into underground water, that is used for drinking!
Feeble minded people can attract ghosts in their bodies, and they can actually be the ones dictating to the owner of the body, causing great distress, and incomprehensible behaviour to neighbours and friends...
The night is for sleep!

Or alone. I've enjoyed quite a few peaceful days and nights in local cemeteries. Ours has a great view of the water.

A cemetery is not exactly a happy or a peaceful place for a lot of negitive actions are taking place there.. Please tell me the truth as to what you are really looking for.. For a walk thru any park or a walk along any beach can create that very same feeling and it is a lot safer then walking thru a cemetery........................... And I have never found that walking among the dead to invoke any romantic feeling in me.. So if you are searching for the peace of the dead say so.. But please tell me what your real purpose is when you do that... marks4460@mypacks.net

I love cemeteries. They're so peaceful, and there are so many stories in them. And I absolutely enjoy them more at night. Every sense is hightened, and you never know what you may see or hear...

I have no fear of graveyards but I usually don't just go strolling throught the cemetery, mostly because there's none even close to my house.

Be careful. Cemeterys are just as dangerous as any other place in this mad, mad world.

Take a wooden stake and revolver with silver bullets.

Considering that the dead are dead then it would be no problem but I do not find much romantic attraction walking among tomb stones slabs.

Certainly beats a walk on a moonless night, I hate barking my shins on the gravestones.
