Wanna know what pisses me off? The fact that Judas Rabbi asked basically the same question (well i put two of his together) and got 47 stars comined and like a couple hundred answers. lol.
What calms me down is time.

well it really freaks me out when people crack their knuckles
it is soooooooooo gross
oh and when people are looking over my shoulder when i am typing answers
i just make them go away really fast

Traffic on a highway. Slow drivers going 49 miles in a 65 and then when you speed up to pass your realize your passing them at 75 mph. People who use way to many coupons in line at a supermarket. A person who reads off a list for lottery tickets when all you want is 1 pick 6. That guy that laughs way to loud at the movies and is one seat behind me. When I sit down for a nice meal at a restaurant and a family decides to bring every child to dinner with them and then they start yelling at them to keep it down by using the line "I am only going to tell you one more time". Seeing a women who is proud to be on a cell phone and tells everyone to keep the noise down when they can easily move to another area.

Foreign big issue sellers on the streets in London who smoke like chimneys and listen to ipods to stop themselves getting bored.
And to calm me down an ice cold Guinness on a red hot day.

I can be patient with some one until they start talking nonesense and making stupid jokes, and when you think your the **** and really no one wants to urt your feelings and if your acting stupid i'll tell you, that get one my nerves.
What calms me down shopping & being with my family out in the park or shopping, & MONEY

when im around my family for too long, like vacations or whatever, i get really tired of their strong personalities. my dad is the biggest hypocrite i know and my mom is just a ******.but whatever.all i have to do is lock myself in my room and not talk to them for a few days.

Loud noises,people who blow their nose in public-not the restroom,-esp at the table &/or loud.....plenty of coffee or beer calms & relaxes me
