They are all good, but standouts for me are:
RUSH - Before and After
Fly By Night - Anthem, Best I Can, Making Memories
Caress of Steel - The Fountain of Lamneth
2112 - 2112
Farewell to Kings - Cygnus X1, Xanadu
Hemispheres - Hemispheres, Circumstances, La Villa Strangiato
Permanent Waves - Natural Science, Entre Nous, Different Strings, Jacob's Ladder
Moving Pictures - The Camera Eye, Witch Hunt
Signals - Analog Kid, Digital Man, The Weapon
Grace Under Pressure - Between the Wheels, Red Lenses, The Enemy Within
Hold your Fire - Open Secrets, High Water
Presto - Show Don't Tell
Counterparts - Stick It Out, Cut to the Chase, Between Sun & Moon
Vapor Trails - Peaceable Kingdom, Earthshine, Out of the Cradle
Still getting my mind around "Snakes and Arrows", and I'm sure I left things out, some deliberately due to exposure.

Their most consistent album is probably Hemishpheres, with Moving Pictures in a close second.
I like their long form stuff - Hemispheres, Cygnus X-1, the Necromancer, Xanadu, By-Tor, 2112, etc.

I never really cared for Rush, but if I have to pick one I'd say that "Tom Sawyer" is my favorite.
