Does anyone know if there is a limit on the length of time child custody case in Ohio can be drawn out? Is there some kind of statute that limits cases that are not making significant progress and provides a deadline for a decision to be made? Thanks!

I am trying to find out if there is a limit on child custody cases in Ohio. I am in the fifteenth month. There has been zero progress for the last 8 months. I am in agreement with the Guardian Ad Litem's proposed parenting plan but the ex and his attorney are unreponsive. It is my feeling that the purpose of dragging it out is to drain me financially, since I am paying fees myself and his well to do parents are paying his costs. I believe it is a tactic used to try and get me to cave. How long can a case continue for no good reason...especially when one side is trying to end it?
