mild. If its hot I drink way too much water, then I have to really go to the bathroom. its just not an enjoyable experiance for me when it's hotter than mild.

I like my salsa HOT, but not from hell.
I made some once with Dave's insanity sauce, and almost killed my friends. Not to mention what happens when you get it on your hands, and you have to rub your eye.
