Some question that no player has hit a 600 foot homerun in a game. The several that most people talk about most, including the Mantle homerun at Yankee stadium and the Jackson homerun in the all-star game, Hit something before it finished it's full flight and only estimates of how far it might have gone are available. Willie Stargell once hit a ball completely out of Dodger stadium over the right field pavilion that some say traveled 600 feet. The original Frank Howard, on the Dodgers in the 1960's and 70's once hit a homerun in the old Crosley Field, in Cincinnati, that measured around 600 feet. I believe these kinds of events become folklore over time and it is more fun talking about them than actually knowing if they really traveled 600 feet.

How about Dave Kingman and Dave Nicholson? Kingman when with the Cubs hit a shot out of Wrigley that landed 3 houses down the street that intersects Waveland in 1976and is estimated at close to 630 feet and Nicholson hit a shot at Comiskey Park that cleared the upper deck roof in left center field in 1964 and is estimated to have gone 612 feet and cleared the roof on the fly.

600 feet has never officially been reached. Legend has it that Babe Ruth once hit a ball in Florida in spring training that went 603 feet, but no hard evidence exists. Mickey Mantle hit a ball in Washington, DC, that was measured at 565 feet. That's the longest I've heard of.
530 feet? That's awful short sounding. Lou Gehrig hit two out in center field in old Yankee stadium, both thought to be 535 feet. It was 467 to center (with a mighty tall fence) and the balls easily cleared. 565 seems reachable. That's the longest credited homer, at least.

Mark Brouhard "Baby Ruth" of the 1980 Milwaukee Brewers was reported to have hit one 583 ft. Other than that Mickey Mantle hit one the farthest to my knowledge.

Anyone on steroids?...I don't know that those on your list hit it that far...I don't think the central figures in the steroid controversy have either...(Bonds, McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, Giambi, etc.)
