Teenage sleepover - gotta haves:
Alternate "HEALTHY" and "FATTENING" foods.
1]cut up veggies, with low fat dips [ at least two dips, and celery, carrots, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets ]
2]cut up fruits - cherries, seedless grapes, pineapple, kiwi slices, apples, oranges - with a yogurt and cinnamon dip [ mix with vanilla yogurt ] and an icing dip [ chocolate or vanilla ]
3] pizza
4] popcorn
5] soda, juice, and water, in bootles, in coolers [ too much caffiene will not be as good as alternating with other fluids - not too mention fattening!
6] homemade cookies!
7] hot cocoa or milk with the cookies
Games:
truth or dare [ clean, non-dangerous version ]
do manicures, pedicures, makeovers, or makeunders [ take pix ]
scary and romantic movies [ tell everyone to bring their favorites, and vote which ones to watch ]
play poker for popcorn pieces
TWISTER!

This always runs through my head when I'm throwing a small over the night party and such.

For games, try Monopoly Party for the PS2 - this game can get really addicting. Basically any DDR game can kill some hours too.

As for food, I'll say start with some snacks like popcorn, nachos, or even just chips. Then go onto ordering a pizza or something. Just remember to buy some soda otherwise your guests will start moaning, lol.

Just a note, you could also try some music too like techno to keep you guys awake and pumped-up all through the night - unless you'd rather sleep, lol.

i've got been having sleepover birthday events for 5 years plus a lot of different sleepovers. What i've got found out is which you always do no longer could desire to plot something, yet purely have issues to do, you be attentive to? Like lease some video clips, get some board or card video games (i like apples to apples), in case you have a Wii they are exciting at events, and purely talk. We often spend a million/2 the time purely talking and listening to track. taking part in could you relatively and reality and dare is likewise exciting. we pick to take walks interior the midst of the night, too.

Monopoly is a good game to play with several friends. Nacho's are a good idea for food, or turkey sandwiches and chips. Stuff that is simple seems like the best idea. Bake some brownies. Rent a movie.

As far as games there is always the classics, Truth or Dare, pulling pranks on neighbors, gossip, and murderer in the dark, and sardines. Now snacks, potato chips and dip, if you want something a little healthier you could slice up seasonal fruit like watermelon or strawberries. for dinner you could make hambeurgers and hot dogs because it is reallly simple, and for breakfast offer cereal or if you are up to it chocolate chip pancakes, or even let everyone in the kitchen to help out or make their own breakfast...... more games, limbo, freeze dance or a dance off, if you can get outside there is plenty of sports for fun or playing volleyball with a beach ball in the sprinklers with your bathing suits, karoake, and that's all I got

junk food =)
games-put a bunch of funny clothes(yours parents siblings costumes etc.) in a garbage bag then play it like hot potato pass it around (but do it in the dark) with music playing and whoever the music stops on they reach in and grab a piece of clothing. do it until the clothes are all gone. everyone looks hilarious in the end, take pictures. =)
game #2-every body starts to write lines like silly things to ssay then when your all done put them in a bag. 2 people go up pick 3 lines and someone else picks a scene to act out and within that scene you have to use the 3 line its so much fun.

hope this helps=)
