do you intend to clean up after the dogs? mention that. no one wants someone else's pet poo in their lawn.
do you NOT plan to offer evening hours? that may be worth considering, especially between, say 5pm and 8, when people are often busy at home preparing meals, cleaning up, showering etc. that's just a thought.
