No, not at all.

From Dudley to the south Blue Hill Avenue goes through the center of Roxbury, then the northwesterly quadrant of Dorchester.

The divide between Dorchester and Roxbury is, roughly, west to east from the main line RR tracks at Heath Street, Columbus Ave to Seaver Street to Columbia Road to the Fairmount Line RR tracks to Mass Avenue.
