It sounds "new age" to me. Perhaps you can find a forum on new age music. Some composer/performers in this genre are Yanni, Vangelis, Vollenweider, George Winston. Ray Lynch,

Don't know the composer, sorry. But it sounds a lot like Seth Kaufman. You should check him out on iTunes, 'cause you'll probably dig his stuff also!
