I'm 5 feet and eight inches and played on baseball, football, and hockey teams in high school and would have done anything to be six feet tall. Here's what you can do:
1. Sleep a lot
2. Eat veggies twice a day
3. Eat honey-baked turkey-pastrami
4. Stretch every day
5. Work out every other day
6. Jog one mile every day
7. Wear sun-glasses
8. Carry around a flash-light and tennis raquet everywhere you go
9. Measure!
The bottom line is it is genetic. There is not a whole lot you can do other than live a healthy life-style to give your body the best chance of producing the correct amount of HGH (human growth hormone) for you. I tried everything, and just like my doctor said, it is genetic. You either have a tall gene, or you don't.
When you feel down, watch the slam-dunk contest.

Keep praying, but besides just that, excersise all you can. Eventually you'll grow taller. Unless, you're like really old. Then your bones start to shrink naturally. Good Luck!!

Maybe God doesn't want you to grow taller. Have you considered this? God doesn't give us whatever we want. If He did, we would all be spoiled and selfish. He gives us what is best for us so that we may become the best person we can.

Keep praying while standing in a tub of horse manure. It is excellent fertilizer and makes things grow very well.

Maybe God is wanting you to be short for a reason. God never makes mistakes; especially when he creates us. So its probably best for you to accept who you are and ask God this "Lord you created me to be short, and knowing that you never do anything in vain, there is a reason why for me being short. So could you please tell me your plan for me , and how does my shortness ties in with this plan?

If you are a true believer then you know you are as tall as God wants you to be. You are already perfect.
