by no air you mean zero air pressure,

In that case the persons blood would vaporize in their veins. The body would swell and the subject would be irrecoverable hurt within 5 seconds, and dead in 10 seconds.

I assume the room is air tight and very strongly built. If the door opens outwards you would not be able to pull it open against the external air pressure which would exert a force of several tones. If it opened inwards it would fly open when you moved the handle and in inrush of air would balance the pressure almost immediately.

I realize this may not be in the spirit of your question but I thought I would throw in a few practicalities.

If there was no oxygen either, the person would probably die unless they could get out to where they could breath normally (or if they had breathing apparatus).
