I have five bars where i am and i don't understand why it won't connect...would it have anything to do with the wireless internet at my house? All I'm trying to do is buy a ringtone.

call customer support of your phone service provider
or state your phone model, service provider and your country, we will do the lazy work for you!

It is possible that your wireless carrier has turned off the Internet to your phone. You can call them to check and have them turn it on if you really want to.
Do you know that you can transfer files directly from your computer to your phone? That way you don't need to spend a LOT of money for Internet to your phone.

Well I suggest to call your customer service, and ask them question. All they need to know is the model of your phone and what has happen to it. But most likely it is that you did not purchase the internet when you opened up your service with that company.

turn it off and back on again. that's a good place to start. perhaps it needs to re identify istelf on the network.
