The only one in circulated grades that has value is the 1950 series E , It sells for $175.00 in grade fine and $375.00 in extra fine. Unless a star note, the other series are worth little more than $50 unless in crisp uncirculated. A star note has a star at the end of the serial number instead of a letter.

There were so many $10 notes made in in 1950 that only uncirculated (no wear) will have any significant value above face value. Uncirculated might get you $30. Maybe $20 for a little wear. As for the "upside down flag": A lot of people are confused by the image, but the flag isn't upside down. If you get a good magnifier and look closely you'll see that it's just an artifact of the printing process. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing addressed this issue decades ago. When the image is examined on the plates, the flag is in the normal position.
