No it just means your standing on the pot yes it does make you higher but not in that kind of sence you silly guy!

lolololol you are so funny chris.......all depends on how you look at it...but it wouldn't be good to stand on the toilet if you were high on pot..you may fall into the bath tub and break your neck

No it could mean that you are trying to reach something or it could be that you are hiding in a public bathroom so your feet can not be seen.My friends do it at school all the time.
