I can think of these possible options:
- You're just imagining the whole thing.
- He is interested in you if you're both available.
- He heard something troubling about you from one of your colleagues. (Hopefully you don't share your opinion about him with a lot of people).
- He intends to fire you very soon, and he can't have an eye contact with you because of that.

He has a sexual attraction to you,and is trying to handle him self.Maybe your clothes are to sexy for the work place. To short or to low cut.Try covering up more.avoid him as much as you can.Don't stand next to him,or touch him.He is trying to avoid a embarrassing situation.
