i dont use sprint, i use t-mobile. I have never heard anything postive about sprint and their lil move their just did on their customers, says it all. I rarely have to call into t-mobile and if i do its not for a complaint its for a question or something, and they do help a lot. I really dont know who is running sprint and where their head is but they need to wake up b4 they lose all their customers and go broke

ok, nicely I even have been with sprint for roughly 9 mo., in the 9 mo. they have more desirable various issues. The instinct is greater suitable then the Iphone, do not pay the money for a Iphone. a lot of human beings say that sprint sucks, which before the hot CEO got here to visit they did yet they're attempting each and every thing to maintain clientele or maybe attempt to income some. understand, if i might get a clean telephone i might bypass to a place like best purchase, you dont ought to project appropriate to the mail in rebate, they already take off the money. Now you ought to get the each and every thing plan to get an instinct. that's $ninety 9.ninety 9 yet that's for each little thing, endless communicate, endless textual content fabric, endless information superhighway, and sprint television. it rather is extremely a lot. AT&T has a plan for endless communicate time that's an identical fee as Sprints yet AT&T does not comprise endless information superhighway and textual content fabric and AT&T television. Verizon plans are greater suitable then Sprints although. yet once you like the seen endless it may well be $139.ninety 9. a splash greater then sprint. The family members plan is like 1500 minutes. and each little thing eles endless for $129.ninety 9 with the 2nd line loose and then the third is greater $20. i admire sprint, after the hot CEO, i think of sprint gets greater suitable and greater suitable. purely provide the hot CEO a while.

We use Sprint. Last fall when it was time to renew our contract due to the high prices of Sprint (from the Nextel merger), we decided to try T-Mobile. They had cool phones and the plans were much cheaper. Well, we did a 30 day trial test with them and unfortunately, we couldn't even get reception at our house! Because my husband works out in the field, he needs a reliable phone and sadly T-Mobile didn't work in our area. But their customer service was way better than Sprint but you have to have reception or what is the point. Check to see if you can try the 30 day trial with T-Mobile (we did ours thru our Costco membership) and if it doesn't work out for you, you can return it all and not be in a contract. We then talked to Sprint cause they wanted our business and were able to cut our bill from before to a new contract with about 30 percent less and more features! I just told them I would take my business elsewhere if they didn't give me a better deal and they did. It took several hours of my time to work out all the details and I got the reps name (which I needed to reference back to when I got the 1st bill from them and it was wrong!) and then they fixed it and now no problems. It will depend on your area, but if you are able to get reception, my experience with T-Mobile's reps was wonderful... but the reception here was terrible. Whereas, Sprint's reception is good but their customer service is wayyyy lacking. I would check to see if you can do a 30 day trial (most carriers allow that now) so you don't have to be in a contract to ensure you have coverage. Nothing is worse than having a cell phone with no service!

TIP: If you are a former Sprint cell user, when your contract is up ask for a "rentention plan" type of contract if you want to renew. This gives the rep more leniency to give you the promo's they have out and a better rate. Just be sure to document everything in case you need to reference it later.

Hope this helps you and good luck!

I have never used sprint. I live in a rural area and have yet to find a provider that has consistent service. My firm uses a local carrier and I use cellular one that was recently bought out. There are some places on my family's ranch that there is no service. This area is 22 miles from the newest town (population 2,500) and must really be remote as the nearest Wal*mart is 87 miles away. I recommend really reading the contract for terms and add on charges.

Sprint has the best voice and data network if you live in or travel around larger cities and suburbs. It's not the best for rural areas.

I used sprint about seven years ago and only had the service for one year as it has no clear connection, poor signal, lousy roaming capabilities and customer service sucks too.

I am with T-Mobile. I checked all wireless phone companies and I think T-Mobile gives me more bang for my buck where as for the same monthly price, the other companies have less minutes and coverage areas are limited. T-mobile just works for me and what I want.
