The following plants were made for people with black thumbs. They turn them green.

i admire the succulents theory. "eastern Jade" plant life do nicely just about everywhere (not in all danger "eastern", purchase the way - they're from South Africa). yet, i ponder whether perhaps your plant life are turning out to be a fungus of a few form, the two airborn or from white flies or aphids. have you ever checked for that? Soil fungus can stay in pots so changing potting soil on my own will possibly not resolve a fungus or mildew project. Take a pattern of soil or a wilted plant on your county agriculture place of work. they could in many situations tell good away and advise you.

There is a common house plant called "Cast Iron plant," and like the name suggests it can take a lot of abuse. It has dark green leaves and does best in filtered sunlight. I've also found peace plants very easy to care for.

Try Kalanchoes. I think that's waht they're called. Theyre a succulent so they don't need a lot of water (mine got gross unitl I STOPPED watering them, then flowered nicely!), and they grow bunches of red, orange, or pink flowers. Also Ivy and Spider plants only take a little water a week so you can forget about them. And if you have a lot of space, a small ficus might work.

Try different sizes and types of Cactus Plants, they have fat ones and tall skinney ones that are quite beautiful and some produce very pretty flowers

Pathos and Mother in laws tongues are almost impossible to kill, easy to grow and take a lot of neglect (at least mine do).

Silk plants are nice...and you don't have to remember to water them....or worry about indoor animals eating them.
