Google Earth is the program you want.
Providing you have an appropriate internet access and a suitable computer you can download and run the program for free. Search for it with Google.
You will find that you can zoom in and out to a variety of altitudes, spin the globe about and look at a country or city or town fairly easily - with or without roads. You can even see cars or people (but usually you cannot identify them).
Find your own country, your city within the country and gradually zoom in and in many cases you can see your own home!
Then you press the little button down the bottom - key in the destruct code and await results! ;-)

You can't. There is no such thing as "live" satellite video with the resolution to see your home. You can't even pay for such a thing...it simply does not exist.
The still images at Google Earth are often several years old...and those with enough resolution to see cars are not satellite images, but were taken from airplanes.

I advise you to apply a house broadband on your individual convenience.
