She would blame Bush. Then she would say that it is really our own fault that they car bombed us, and that we need to have understanding and compassion for them. If we just make friends with them, and give them lots of money for their cause, then they won't do it again. Riiiiiight......

She would attack some distant third world country that had already been bombed into oblivion for over ten years by the US . . . oh wait, that has already been tried without much success. Maybe she would look around the world and determine that an "Axis of Evil" was responsible for all of our problems. Then she could negotiate with them to keep them from getting nucular (yes I know that is not how you spell it but that is how G. Dumbya says it) weapons . . . oh wait, we tried that too. Hmmm any more solutions? We could create an energy policy that would cause fuel prices to soar and send trillions more dollars to the middle east, then maybe those people would like us.

I could go on and on with the brilliant suggestions but you get the gist.

The same as any other President's reaction. To root out the cells that are mounting these attacks and put them in jail. What do you think she'd do, send them love notes?

For you that said "It's Bush's fault" You are judging someone else by your own behavior since you are the ones who said 911 was Clinton's fault.

The only thoughtful and reasonable answer given, so far, was
Kawaii:
It depends on who attacked and why. Policy is guided by the events that precipitate it.
