I think all mammals can make antibodies for serological testing.

Source: blood (mammalian)

I'm not sure what other animals might make antibodies.

We obtain antivenom from Horse serum, classically.

We use other animals to obtain antibodies for various different tests.

Specifically within the blood, antibodies are made by B cells.

A variety of sources: most higher animals (human, dog, rat, cat, mouse, goat, chicken, rabbit, llama, camel, chimpanzee are all that I can think of right now). In addition, various monoclonal antibodies are available from cell culture via recombinant technologies.

All of these are commercially available from a variety of companies.
