In general, turbochargers are not manufactured for use in a specific car. Rather, a company will manufacture a variety of turbochargers of different sizes. The displacement and RPM of the engine will determine what size turbocharger is correct for your vehicle.

A 2-liter vehicle operating at 5000 RPM at wide-open throttle (WOT) will suck in around 14 pounds of air per minute. Looking at Garrett's turbocharger compressor maps, I see that their GT2052 turbo might be a good fit for your car.
