You need to find someone who will unlock it for you.
And remember that Europe uses 3G and the USA is still on their crappy GSM.

If TMobile have a roaming agreement with a US carrier, then yes.
The uk is still on GSM but most of the big cities in the US now have 3G

No, The iPhone will not work in the US using Tmobile, and, there isnt a UK iPhone yet.

i think its AT&T that is the service for the iPhone right now. later on it might change
