I have a 94 buick. I was driving home yesterday when the ding ding started sounds stupid but best way to describe it is like the alert when the car door is open. My gauges are all normal. Thanks

Are you sure your turn signal wasn't left on? It starts "dinging" on those cars after 8/10ths of a mile with the signal on, and doesn't set any other lights or warnings..earlier models were even worse, starting the warning after 3/10ths of a mile.

Could it be a seat belt warning? Or a past 55 bell like AMC had in the day?

Open the door & check that the button is working properly. It is a grounding switch. A wire may have come dislodged & is touching the body.
