St. Augustine (the oldest city in the country) in Flagler county is a great day trip. There's a lot of history there, the original structures, and some very nice restaurants on the water, tho I can't remember they're names.

In Orlando, there's a restaurant in Altamonte Springs called Maison Jardin which is a beautiful, pricey, five star restaurant with a lot of ambiance. There's also another nice restaurant called Pebbles in Longwood which is also very elegant.
