I go for a walk (only need to go a few minutes from home), sit in an open field and stare at the mountains... All I need to get perspective in my life is to see the magestic Rockies and I suddenly feel my problems are so small. They are calming...

The beach. I find it to be most tranquill and spiritual. The sound of the waves, the salt air, the beauty of the ocean, the sights of sailing boats or surfers....it's so peaceful and I somehow feel closer to God when I am at the beach.

you don't you face it head on or you take the sucker's way out. there's nowhere to go until they build that place on the moon for us to go to like they said they would years ago. guess what... still hasn't happened yet
