Does silver oxidizer only work on silver or other metals as well?

Do you mean a reagent that oxidizes silver? Or do you mean silver polish?

Any reagent that oxidizes silver will also oxidize any thing above silver in the electromotive series. Silver polish would work on stainless steel or gold-plated flatware, but other metals would be questionable.
