Apples were never made to be "Gaming" computers. They were just trying to compete. Plus ALL apples run on Intel. Intel = Web surfing and normal stuff. Get a "Real" computer thats not over priced. Like a Dell. this has some nice Dell Gaming laptops. http://www.dell.com/content/products/category.aspx/xpsnb?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs

Pick the right computer! :)

Mac® OS X 10.3.9 or newer:

* 1024 MB RAM or higher; DDR RAM recommended
* ATI or NVIDIA® video hardware with 64 MB VRAM or more
* Broadband Internet connection

Thats your recommended system requirements for a Macintosh, the less MB your video card has, as well as the ram on your computer, the more you are going to lag.

apples were never really made to play games (although they are trying to catch up) i would go with a windows system since they are more game oreinted, and the options you could have far out weigh any apple i have seen.. however m try to find a windows system running xp, not vista since that is a whole nother world when it comes to issues..
