Can we really see and hear dead people..?

Yes, I suppose you can hear the release of gases occasionally ... and you can certainly smell it. Once they're buried, this becomes a lot more difficult and you might need some kind of special sensory device like a mic & camera in the coffin, to see and hear a dead person.

we can see dead people as carcase and hear them releasing gases and energy

since dead are without spirit which is responsible for body movement and feelings so they can't speak a word to express themselves.

Yes we can.It has nothing to do with gases.When the body dies,the spirit lives on.I personally have seen and heard dead people.They are not evil demons out to hurt you,some are just lost and don,t realize they are dead and need help to get to the other side.Some are relatives coming to let you know they are alright or to help you when you are in despair.Many people refute this because they are afraid of the unknown.I was too until I saw my first spirit.

No. And don't let psychics and mediums fool you. They may give you accurate information but their knowledge comes from the dark side. If you see visions or hear voices of the dead, you are hearing demon spirits who take on the form of a deceased entity.
