is it true that there could be a ghost seen in the show smallville.some say that they have seen it in a computer screen in the background

I think ghosts/spirits can be caught on film. In this case I would more likely believe there was a stage hand, other actor etc who was reflected in the window on the set.
To me when trying to determine if anything supernatural is true, first rule out all other legitimate possibilities. If that happens, then you are left with some you know is real. Since there is no way to know the conditions this was shot in, I'd go with what makes the most sense, and that's it. Plus this could be a joke/trick the film editiors are adding etc. Way too much unknown about it to be certain this is legit IMHO.

Looks like an arm holding a young person's head to me!
I'm sure it's just a glitch of some sort... Maybe an affect for later? Maybe there's a ghost later in the story???
*shivers* But it DOES look pretty real!!!
