What do you think it would take for the poor to take to the street and kill the rich?
The answer to this question will come under the Cardinal Sin of Jealousy which has been described for thousands of years of human existence.
When a person cannot steal, jealousy and envy can take over the mind of a person.
This can make a person kill some one and there are many examples in the history of the world.
I do not know if Iraq war was started with a streak of jealousy because of oil in that country.
If at all it was jealousy, it was a collective jealousy and not of one person. I still do not know about that completely.
Usually it is many sins of a person that come to play in case of a murder.

Religion is what presently keeps the poor from taking to the streets and killing the rich. Without religion, they would have taken to the streets long ago. This isn't just true in the US, but all over the world, and throughout history.
The poor are by nature a very disorganized group. Even if they do rise up, they will be put back in place rather quickly.

The way the poor people treat or rather, look down on the poor people. Sometimes, it's because of jealousy and other small nonsense. Mainly because some rich people look down on the poor people.

It's kind of weird to refer to the people as "poor" and "rich".

The poor in this country are better off than most wealthy in third world countries. It won't happen in the US because we have the ultimate weapon. We will cut off their welfare and all the health benefits they currently enjoy.
