I got all the normal PMS symptoms when I was pregnant, but then skipped my period.

Really it all depends on the girls body. Some women while they are pregnant still get their period, Others, are pregnant and get a period for the last time but it is lighter than usual. But I would think that if your gf got the pre-period cramps and her period was normal then no she shouldn't be pregnant. I would think that the people from planned parent hood would know better. After all they deal with girls taking pregnancy test there all the time.

But like I said it all depends on the girl and how her body functions. If your gf has already got her period then there is nothing to worry about. IF she hasn't then it could just be that she is stressing too much over the situation of being pregnant. It's happened to me several times.

Well, Good luck! Hope you get the outcome you want. :)

Right before I found out I was pregnant I felt just like I was about to start my period. I had cramps and was very tired. So, no just because she feels like she is about to start her period does not mean she isn't pregnant.

I had my period the first month with both children. Every woman is different. Also cramps can be a sign of pregnancy. It is your uterus adjusting and getting ready to stretch.

I typically used to get cramps about a week before my period, so it really could be either.

No, cramps can actually be a sign of early pregnancy. Kinda like fooling you into thinking your period is actually coming, and well...it's not.
