The full spectrum of the lifestyle in its entirety?
I'd have to say all three. There are plenty of examples of good, bad, AND ugly. Note that "good" only makes up about 1/3 of it, and the rest is the sh*t you have to sift through to get to it.
My husband and I have been married 13 years and have had experience with swinging since 2003. We're both very happy, very much in love (yes...we know what love is), and we're looking forward to growing old together. Lots of people say this, but...well...we really mean it.
We've got nothing but good things to say about it. It's been a very positive addition to our marriage, and it has offered us opportunities for personal growth that we just haven't found anywhere else. If you want to know more about yourself, try swinging. It's not the swinging that's good, bad or ugly; it's the people in it. Swinging just holds a mirror up so you can see who you really are. As they say, don't shoot the messenger.

Different strokes for different people. A few couples that i know do it and they see nothing wrong with it. But if you do get into you or are into it. You have to have a very strong marriage and there has to be no jealousy. Because if those are lacking you will more then likely be getting a divorce.

How exactly do you enjoy emasculating yourself and watching another man defile your own wife?
