I think many of the people that already answered, no offence, missed the boat here. I'm surprised your Tetra's and Guppies are already getting along. Many of the Tetra species are fin nippers and adding Angel's or Gourami's could possible compound the issue. I disagree with the people saying Gourami's are aggressive. I've kept five different species of them, and the only aggression I've seen out of them was occaisonally towards those in the same species. The Dwarves more then the others at that. They are quite peaceful fish I think, and since I didn'nt realize the aggression levels of a tropheus Dubosi I bought, the Dubosi has subsequently killed off three of them. I don't think labelling a Gourami as aggressive is a good fit.
Angels are cichilds. That should be enough said there. As the others indicated, I think those Angels, as they grew, are going to pretty much take out your Guppies. The Tetras if they are in a school large enough just might hold thier own. From what I've seen, Angels are not exactly the fastest fish in the tank and should avoid most aggression targeted from the Angels if you went with those.
If you are looking for some bigger fish to help round out your 75 gallon tank, one input I saw was pretty good on the yo-yo Loach. Just keep in mind loaches do better in packs also so I'd get about five of those if you wanted that. You could build up some other schools such as some platties and mollies and shouldn't have much compatibility problems. Killi's will give you some great colors. Neons if your water quality is good are nice, don't get big and you could get alot of those. A group of bottom feeders like a nice pack of some Sterabi cory cats would look nice. If you want to get some slightly bigger fish that have color, there are some good peaceful cichilds you could try. Rams, Severums, Kienike, Blue Acara are some. Electric Yellows have a good solid yellow color and are fairly peaceful in terms of cichilds.

I am going to guess that Gromies is supposed to be Gouramis... Add 5 more Guppies and 5 more of whatever Tetra you have. Unfortunately, if you were to add Angels, they would quickly eat your Guppies. The Gouramis (Make sure they are Dwarf Gouramis or they will get pretty big, like 8+ inches long) would be okay though. Try to get 3 males and 5 females of the same species (you will probably have to ask the store to order female Gourmais though...) If you are lucky and you keep the tank clean, you might get to experience a bubble nest and some baby Gouramis! Some other good fish would be Yo-yo Loaches, they get about 4 inches and are very active, fun fish. Get about 5 and they will chase each other around the tank the entire day... Good luck!

Garomies & Angel fish are agressive. Don't add them to the tank.
I have fancy tails, tetras, a pleko (sucker fish) & a bunch of emerald and leopard catfish together. They're happy.

Gouramis are very agressive and territorial!
I would add platys, other small tetras, cory cats, things like that.
Guppies are not agressive fish so if you were to add an agressive fish with them they would get attacked!

You have to be careful with angels as their wispy fins attract the other fish and they will eat them!!! Goldfish oddly enough are bad for this!!! I would also worry about the angels eating the smaller fish, they are territorial and will often kill other fish

Gouramis are slightly territorial. Dwarf or Gold/Blue would be my choice. I've never kept angels so I wouldn't know.
