i'm usin AVG antivirus and spysweeper.how can i change my homepage and use my task manager?

I've used AVG and spysweeper..how can i change my homepage and use my taks manager again?
my start menu doesn't even hav a "run" now!

run it
allow it to scan on startup too.
reset your homepage

I want to marry firefox and do it in the bedroom
try going to start - run
type in
MSCONFIG
click ok
click the startup tabs
remove all checks.
reboot.
see if you can access the task manager now
do NOT reformat

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

try to restore ur computer to an earlier time b4 it started 2 mess up. if that does not work, format the hrd drive and start over.
