x/(x+2) + (2/5)
= 5x/(5(x+2)) + 2(x+2)/(5(x+2))
= (5x + 2x + 4)/(5x + 10)
= (7x + 4)/(5x + 10)

No, I am afraid you are not right.

First bring the expression to the common denominator 5(x + 2), thus:

x/(x + 2) + 2/5 = [5x + 2(x + 2)]/5(x + 2) = [5x + 2x + 4]/5(x + 2)

= (7x + 4)/5(x + 2) is the right answer.
