(7/3w)+(5/3w^2)
= (7w+5w^2)/3
= w(7 +5w)/3

I have assumed that 7/3w means 7w/3 and not 7/(3w).

If you meant 7/(3w) +5/(3w^2), then the answer is:
7w/(3w^2)+5/(3w^2) = (7w+5)/(3w^2).

(7/3w)+(5/3*w^2)
multiply the first expression by (w / w)
...
= (w/w)*(7/3w) + (5/ 3*w^2)
= (7w/3*w^2) + (5/ 3*w^2)
= (7w + 5)/ 3*w^2

(7/3w)+(5/3w^2)

I am rewriting that as

7w/3 + 5w^2/3

= (7w + 5w^2) / 3

= w(7 + 5w) / 3

You can't do anything with that except factor it.

w(7/3 + 5/3w)

get like denominators

(7W/3W^2)+(5/3W^2)

= (7W+5)/(3W^2)
