drink lots of water, dont eat Chinese food, chips, avoid salt, no soda. Go for walks whenever you can, If you do brisk walking and eat right you should lose at least 10 pounds in 3 months.

My mom used to walk before, during and after pregnancy and she maintained an 86 - 95lbs weight after her first 2 kids. A couple of friends at work claim that it has a lot to do with what you ate during the pregnancy. My advice: walk, if that doesn't work, join the gym, if that doesn't work, see a dietician. It would usually take about 3 months for the "fall off" weight to go away, so your past that. The hardest part to get rid of is the tummy so if that's your problem area, the gym!!

I dont have a baby but with this gut on my skinny frame lol i might as well treat it so lol, well i do crunches (80 3 days a week) you'll see result atleast after 6 weeks and im sure it will work for you.

well you can start small but go jogging or out and get a gym membership, walk more instead of driving, its good for you AND the environment. exercise at home and go on a healthy nutritional diet for example nutrisystem and others on tv. it will help you shed those unnecessary pounds in no time. i breastfeed and weight 5 pounds less than before but i ddint gain alot when preggo .. i started to walk everyday too i was lucky i didnt have a problem with weigh

my mom is on weight watcher it takes time but you have to stick to it the plan works my mom dropped 45 pounds in like 2 months.

Actually it is not as hard if you are breast feeding and walking your baby in the pram alot. These are the easiest ways to start. After that you can start swimming and general exercise to tone your body.
