I like both but I prefer the Munsters slightly more.

The Addams Family was too scary for me. That hand....yikes! We called our high school principal "Lurch," lol. I loved how Marilyn was the weird one on the Munsters, and Herman's "HA HA HA HA" stomp that shook the house.
But...I think the Addams family wins out when it comes to best theme song.
