If I had to choose from only those 4 you mentioned I would choose Subways. They make good sandwiches that satisify your hunger and not too expensive.
However if I could choose anyplace to go to, I'd say my own home... I make a mean beef stew with dumplings (loads of meat and veggies)... and a homemade herb bread on the side. Add a glass of Mead to sip during the meal and ahhhhhhhh!
