To be honest it won't get you into Rice or probably even to UT Austin, but it may be enough to get into probably anything else here in Texas. I would say it's an average score, it's not bad, I got a 22 which is not much different (Average too), but it doesn't affect your performance in college later on, unless you want it too: a lot of people did better than me on the ACT and drop out of college, I didn't do as well in that exam and right now my gpa is 4 having taken calculus and all that.

If you're not completely satisfied with your result and you think you can do better, you may take it again or you can take the SAT or something, they're different exams and you may end up doing way better in that one, who knows. Well, anyways, good luck, and, a 21 is allright.

It is hard to answer good or bad. That would be like asking a random SAT number. It is not amazing pecentile wise, but if you are a B or C student in regular classes it is moderate to expected. You must post more info about yourself or the college(s) you want to attend. The better question is "Is it good for me" Look up ranges of scores for the college you want to go to. Take the test again and try and do better, maybe buy study material and a kitchen timer

ACT is scored from 1 to 36. If you got a 21, you did approx. 61% better than better than the people in Texas and approx. and 56% better than students in the country.

It's good but it wouldn't hurt to re-take it.
Depending on what college you want to attend, it may be wise to take it again.

kind of average. not good enough to be eligible for scholarships but you can get in to a lot of places with that score.

It's not great, but you could have done worse.
