This bully has stalked me, posted obscene things about me, and the today I get another 2 violations, for what?

Because HE posted this, and I replied? HE abuses me, and I get the violation?
And then, the inevitable Suspension!!!

BARRIE G, Ive printed out all you lies, abuse and stalking of me. Ive also printed out copies of the 5 e.mails I sent to YA asking them to help me, which they ignored. Im looking into any Legal ramifications of your stalking, and of the libel posted about me, and of the negligence of YA to protect its members.

Youve won. I give up here. Happy now? Move on to your next victim, as all BULLIES do....

Thx leejay and miss principal. I havnt checked yet, but will this mean my e.mail account will be deleted too? I will go SPARE if it is, Ive got an e.mail on there thats been kept fror months , its from my Friend who died in March, plus my business depends on my e.mail account. If Ive lost those, I will go feckin crazy!!!!!!

I didnt know harrassment and stalking on the net was an actuall crime as such, but Im so glad youve enlightened me. I,ll print this out and take it along to my Solicitor and see what they think I can do with it. Thanks a lot!!

plato, its not really about the violations, its more to do with being stalked and harrassed by this moron! Plus my anger is even more towards YA, for allowing this to go on all the time, then suspending the victims of this stalking!

I dont care about not being a member on here though to be honest...its a crap place to be, but before I go I will definately take this as far as I possibly can...I wont just sneak off! Once I get my teeth into something I feel strongly about, I dont let up, lol, and today Ive had a guts full of YAHOO and BARRIE G. I,ll kick up a stink so bad, I,ll push and push untill something happens, if theres any Law about this (which it seems there is) I,ll exploit it and delve into it untill "no stone is left unturned"..lol.

CT, I will definately do that. Ive been reading the link given here, and it seems ther is a good case of harassment here.

Hi pal I got 4 violations today for absolutely nothing and already lost my previous account and all my email stuff I'm now so fed up with this childish behaviour I think though its because of the summer school holidays and the children do get mischievous when mummy and daddy are at work I also have noticed there are a lort of new people on here who have the cheek to block us and we dont even know who they are what was said by that BG was way out of order and he
should be reported to the police for that!!!

I'm sorry that this "person" has done this to you. Yet again, it's a case of one having "freedom of speech" as long as one doesn't have an opinion that differs from the sheep who still refuse to believe that leaving 3 small children alone is neglectful.

I give up, the McCanns can get OBE's for all I care. Maddy has always been my priority concern in this case, not their feelings.

Lord only knows what a person like that wants. There has been a lot of real nastiness over the last week or to. Vicious, and bordering on personality disorder. More than one of them. Lets hope it will be over now. Sort yourself out with a new account and as Jim says, don't let anyone force you off

Sorry your account has been suspended. You have made some very worthwhile points about the Mccann case.
I saw this so called question, and i am not afraid to admit that i reported Barrie G. Obviously nothing came of it. This site is a joke, why should the site operators be protecting a sick bully like him?
I have challenged every violation notice i have received, all i get is that they cant go into individual cases! What about someone like you? Its a disgrace, makes me so mad.

I can't email you bb. In case you everr do need to take this further, Get screen shots of all the pages hosted on yahoo, in case they get deleted.

Can bring a civil action in tort against harassor and yahoo, certain procedures you need to follow.

If you telephone CLS, Community legal services, they will gove you the name of 3 solicitors who deal with this kind of thing.

In some cases, it can be a criminal offense.

Why didn't you just block him then he wouldn't have been able to stalk you or your questions?

I am not saying you're to blame as I think you did post some extremely good posts and I have been on the receiving end of his abuse, I am just wondering why you never blocked him?
