I am very bad at speed reading.......I read newspaper, book, documents (anything) very slowly...... please help me to increase it......

A while back I doubled my reading speed over a summer. I chose to read science fiction stories because they could be interesting and it did not matter if I remembered anything when I finished a story or book. I then read as fast as I could without worrying if I could still remember the plot. Because there was no pressure, I found that over the days, not only was I reading faster, but I was also remembering the stories. A doubling of the reading rate is "speed reading". Enjoy.

Just skip the filler words.... I, me, my, the, him, her, they, a, of, etc.
along with that - if you look at the word in a whole and not each letter (takes practice) even if it's spelled wrong your brain will still decipher it.
