I've known one, and been involved with another whom I did not know who they were. I'm not talking about the ghostie theory but the theory about teens themselves being poltergists.

I'm not into all that mumbo jumbo stuff, but this is the one case where I've witnessed stuff happening.

I am one. Thanks.

Edit: I guess I should clarify since too many people gave my answer a thumbs down. When I was younger I actually was one. I made things move when I was angry. Pictures fell off the walls, glasses and other dishes would shatter, and books fell of the shelf. Now that I'm older it doesn't happen, except on very rare occasions.

I've never had an experience with anything like that BUT

You say you are not into mumbo jumbo, yet believe teenagers can be poltergeists themselves.

Can I suggest "Memoirs of an Exorcist" by David Devereux to you

This is someone who does believe in what you call mumbo-jumbo, and has dealt with a lot more than poltergeists.

He's also a very sensible person, and a good friend of mine

PS: There's a phrase for things flying around, poltergeist like, around teenagers ... they're called "TEMPER TANTRUMS" .... or is it "HISSY FITS" in the USA

Yes. psycho-kinetic energy, often but not always associated with teens. The manifestations are not ghostly but created by humans, usually humans with emotional problems. I have seen and dealt with many cases. There are techniques for helping those who suffer and the results are encouraging. It is also very difficult for those who are living in close proximity to the subject or focus of the energy. There are some useful books on the subject but do not be misled into believing that these symptoms are demonic, evil or can be solved by religion. They are, like many other little understood factors, symptoms of a disorder and can be treated. Keep away from cranks and those who would charge you money to help.

Yes, my brother... When he was younger, he would get mad and things, would fall off walls, and stuff... Not saying, he knocked this off.. Just would get mad and stuff would move by its self.
