Ok, the easiest way to do this is to remember convert these mixed numbers to fractions.
13 1/3
13*3 = 39
39+1 = 40
So, 13 1/3 = 40/3
6 2/9
6*9 = 54
45+2 = 56
So, 6 2/9 = 56/9
Now, you need to remember that dividing by a fraction is the same a multiplying by its recipricol, which means that you just need to flip it over.
So, (40/7) / (56/9) = (40/7) * (9/56)
All you have to do now is to multiply the numerators and denominators to get an answer:
40*9 = 360
3*56 = 168
