Star, I don't either, I use American Fare Whiten Wraps, Colgate, and Crest vivid whitetooth paste. Jimmy.

I haven't used them in quite a while but they did work amazingly well. The only downfall was extremely sensitive teeth... I sympathize with the guy/girl that drank the icee!

I only use the Colgate imported from China with the glycol vitamin. Yum.

I use them every other week for 2-3 days because my teeth seem to be a little sensitive to them any longer use than that.

I give them away during Halloween instaed of candy...lol....because I'll load up on free samples from the dentist's office --- they have his office phone number on the packets so family members can call him and complain he's cheap. lol

ya i use the 5 minute ones and in the first application it actually took some of the yellow of my teeth, and i drink alot of coffee. so ya they work

No, they made my teeth highly sensitive. When I drank an Icee, I screamed my head off it hurt so bad!

I used the Whitestrips few times and was happy with the results- not sure about the Aquafresh stuff though. You can use Whitestrips twice per year, even back to back (any more than that can cause your teeth and gums to become very sensitive.)
