This is a very difficult question to answer. Although as an old Indian saying blood is always thicker then water, the money should be used for your son's daughters education, but on humanitarian grounds the life of a person is at stake & it becomes your moral duty to save your neighbor's life (good or bad). For the education of daughter of you son it is basically his responsibility & it can wait for some time but if life of your neighbor is at stake that cannot wait for want of medical treatment although its not your responsibility to do so as his own family & other relatives are there to take care of this, but may be they are short of funds hence looking for your help, so I will suggest after ascertaining all the truth about this fact of the financial position of your neighbor for the present time help him rest is its your own decision.

regrettably the owner of the domestic dog is at fault. no rely what canine lived around the corner and whether they only placed a log over the hollow interior the fence. domestic dog's proprietor could have fixed the fence from their ingredient besides to insure the domestic dog's protection. domestic dog at six weeks is a lot too youthful to be left on my own without supervision to no longer point out to youthful to be weaned, yet this is besides the ingredient. If this truly went to court, domestic dog's proprietor could lose the case. she will ask the vet if he/she could take charge weekly, bi weekly etc. understanding what "form" of canine are around the corner could make me restoration the fence, in the previous letting a domestic dog out to play unsupervised. purely because of the fact the canine around the corner became agressive purely ability the canine became holding "his" backyard. So sorry for the little domestic dog, that's extremely worrying.

Your family should be your first commitment. Only help the neighbours if you can afford to never see the money again.

use the money for his/her son or daughter...these kids deserve to have a bright future and it is a parent's responsibility to support them and help them if needed.
