If you consider a Christian, someone that know is a sinner, needs repentance and needs Jesus in heart yes.I am a follower of Jesus Christ yes!I believe in the sacrifice of Jesus in the cross for all humanity yes i am Christian,i'm saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and i'm happy about this.Finally i also think i'm a christian because i try to live according to the Bible principles and everything that Jesus taught us.I'm not perfect but i'm working to be better,

Yeah, I am, though some people construe it as meaning something else. I consider myself a Christian, because I belong to a Christian faith. But some people would say that they are a Christian by some particular moral upholding they have. I don't know where that meaning came from...
